Legal manufacturer vs Actual manufacturer

Hi,
I hope everyone is doing safe and well. I have a question regarding Manufacturer's address. So, I am working on a device whose Actual Manufacturing facility is in California. But the company wants the legal manufacturer's address as their EU address. So, are we required to add the California address anywhere or just the legal manufacturer is enough?

In Europe, the legal manufacturer address is mandatory; the address of the manufacturing site is not.
If your are aiming to market your product in Asia that's a different game... over there they are a lot more sensitive to the country of origin.

Each Asian market is slightly different than the other, plus you have to translate the label to the local language.

Then you wouldn't need to ponder about which address is required and which is not.
