Legal requirements in ISO/WD 9000-3:2000

Any idea where can I find more information
concerning the legal requirements and how should it be applied to the quality system? I have read the proposal for the revision of ISO 9000-3:1997 (21 July, 1999), but there is very little said about legal requirements.

you can see a few replies on legal requirements in this forum under ISO 9001/4:2000 Topic. I'm not sure they are correct, but that's what I been told

There are certain clauses which require the complience of legal requirements. We sell Aluminum alloy wheels to outside country. In the legal context, we need to find out what are legal issues for the law of land to whom we are supplying. For exemple, in India is Motar Vehicle act, In Germany it is TUV, In USA it is DOT laws which we need to comply.
For your ready reference I am enclosing the clauses wherin Legal requirement are to be mentoned.

4.2.4.1 Records Retention

The organization shall define retention periods for Quality Management System related documents and records to satisfy regulatory and customer requirements as a minimum

5 Management responsibility

5.1 Management commitment

Top management shall provide evidence of its commitment to the development and implementation of the quality management system and continually improving its effectiveness by

a) communicating to the organization the importance of meeting customer as well as statutory and regulatory requirements,

7.2 Customer-related processes

7.2.1 Determination of requirements related to the product

The organization shall determine

a) requirements specified by the customer, including the requirements for delivery and post-delivery activities,
b) requirements not stated by the customer but necessary for specified or intended use, where known,
c) statutory and regulatory requirements related to the product, and
