Hi all,
I have a caliper whose has been calibrated by a competance Lab. The result is as below:
Reference: 120.00mm, UUC: 119.96mm +/-0.02mm (MU)
Reference: 170.00mm, UUC: 169.98mm +/-0.02mm (MU)
Reference: 270.00mm, UUC: 269.99mm +/-0.02mm (MU)
Question:
If I use this caliper to check whether the dimension of a rectangular object meet requirement of 150 .0mm +/-0.1mm and the indication shows 150.00, then should I apply any correction to the result? How to calculate uncertainty of the correction?
