Let's share a successful story about an inspection problem in the organization and how did we deal with this problem? anybody who wants to share us fill this application frist

the company field:.............. Food industry
your position in the company during the problem:......Internal auditor

what is the problem:.......... Customer complaints. Particular supplier cannot deliver the quality we expect. There are a very limited number of suppliers of this particular type of products. If we are not careful we may end up with no suppliers.
the root cause:................................ it is not only a result of not keeping the cool chain. It seems like a number of other issues needs to be addressed
the corrective action:.................... conduct periodic facility inspection especially for processed products.



the preventive action:.......................................
look into doing the processing as well, if we are this dependent on the suppliers

and if you want to add more points about the problem you can do

the problem was mislocation of the holes

the root cause:................................

the diameter of the punchers is not correct

the corrective action:....................................

the corrective action is refilled the holes again

the preventive action:.......................................

the preventive action is making fixture to prevent the mislocation of the holes
