Now i understood the difference between the core process and sub process. I attached a sample copy of process map with our key activity. kindly suggest me is it a right way to do?

The clause 7.1.2,7.1.3,7.1.4 says "establish, implement and maintain a process". How can I take that?
Kindly suggest me some process which covers all the requirements of AS9100C. I'll take appropriate process based on our scope.

Because AS9100 is a process based QMS, just like ISO 9001, you need to look for linked requirements within the standard such as these examples.

7.1.2 Risk Management
3.1, Risk (Definition of)
7.1.1, Project management
7.2.2.e, Review of requirements related to the product
7.4.1.f , Purchasing process
8.5.3, Preventive action

7.1.3 Configuration Management
7.1.e, Planning of product realization
7.3.7, Control of design and development changes
7.5.3 Note, Identification and traceability
7.6 Last Note, Control of monitoring and measuring equipment

As you can see from the above examples as you develop your process for Clause 7.1 you start to cover many of the requirements of 7.1.1, 7.1.2, 7.1.4. As you implement the process for contract review (7.2.2) you also need to address 7.1.2 Risk management.
