The actual theory on the number crunching I'll have leave to others but, in its most simple terms, apologies in advance, the 0.470832 to 0.446697 represent the area where the descisions taken cannot be said to be reliable - right or wrong.
As such these zones represent the error potential of the measurement system which is in reality is what you are looking for in the MSA
