Looking for 3rd party audit firm for unique contract, have RFP

Hello. I am the quality director for a non-profit association of adaptive mobility dealerships. We are looking for quotes from 3rd party audit firms to perform annual audits at our dealerships across US and Canada. We have about 290 in the continental US and another 30 across Canada. This is not ISO, or AS, or TS. We have our own quality system that the dealers are accredited to. I can send out the RFP to any interested party. We are taking bids until the end of December and the audits would begin the first of 2015. There is more information in the RFP. The successful audit firm will have experience in the automotive field and have knowledge of adaptive mobility industry and equipment (vehicles modified for disabled persons) and Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS).
