Looking for a example of a final design summary

I'm helping revise our design and development process and I've been asked to find some examples of how a final design summary is put together.
If anyone has an example their willing to share I would appreciate it.

Final Design Summary

Hi Allan,

Our SOP on DESIGN CONTROL includes 2 forms (or checklists) which we use for checking that the final design satisfies all the necessary/relevant requirements. One form is called "Design Input Verification Checklist";
the other form is a "Release for Production" checklist.
Of course, the specific content of these forms depends on the type of product to be designed and manufactured.
