Looking for a link to a story - Because Nobody did it, the project didn't get done

I'm looking for somebody that has a better memory than I do, which doesn't take much......

Years ago, on a quality related website, I found a story which used names like Nobody, Somebody, Everybody and their company was trying to build something. The story was something like "....because Nobody did it, the project didn't get done...". I know it's not much to go on but if somebody (now there I go) knows of the story I am trying to convey and could direct me to this (on the web) it would be appreciated.

Please see Marc's signature, "A search is a terrible thing to waste." Just type Everybody somebody nobody anybody into Google and you'll get more links than you can imagine. I'm not trying to be smart or slam you, it's just that you can probably modify your search parameters and find one of these stories that has been modified to suit your needs.

Actually, I did start off doing an advanced search here in the Cove on the keywords "everybody somebody nobody". Nothing came up. I'll plead guilty to not doing a Google search. (Does that mean I trust Covers more than Google?) I guess because I originally saw it in a quality-related website, I ASSUMED the story was originated from a quality-related source. After performing a general search engine search, I never realized there were so many variations to the story.
