Has anyone got an example or template of customer service related procedures? I was tasked to develop a customer concern management that addresses complaints, inquiries, and other feedback.
Things to cover by the procedures would be:
-centralized recording and monitoring of customer concerns.
-categorization, severity level and escalation of customer complaints.
-corrective and preventive action procedure
I should show you my draft and effort before asking help but I have a tight deadline --to submit the output in 5 days. I'll be starting to interview process owners and gather data only on Monday to understand the actual practice. If you have samples or templates to guide me in documenting, please share. I would be really grateful for the help.
