Hi my name is Pie

Can someone please help me i am looking for a FMEA for the plastic injection molding.
I am interest about the function in the mold such as The ejection system, The cooling system, The airvent system etc.
I would appreciate it if someone can help.
P.s. in attach file is my idea

If I understand your request, the function of the
  • Ejection system: Remove product from mold
  • Cooling system: Stabilize product dimensions
  • Air vent system: Remove trapped gases
When you consider the function, ask: Why does this exist?

I also work in the Plastic Injection Molding. May i ask what job title you have, in order to help out here?
