Looking for NADCAP audit Excel spreadsheets template for vendors, specifically heat treat (Vacuum Furnace)

Good morning all!!
looking to get my hands on a template for NADCAP audit checklist for heat treat vendors, any help would be much appreciated.

What exactly are you looking for in a checklist other than what is in the NADCAP commodity checklists that are downloadable from PRI?

Our Company is Not certified NADCAP and not able to get the checklist from PRI specifically for Heat Treat. we have had 2 separate issues with a NADCAP Certified Heat Treater. and i'm in an investigation now, the company we used and i'm investigating is referring to these audits and im trying to see said audits. from what I gather PRI is like Oasis and having access to the system? to my knowledge.

Go to eAuditNet | eAuditNet. You don't have to be Nadcap to create a log in. There's a searchable database to find Nadcap accredited companies and view their scopes - in the Resources pull down, select online QML. You can also view the checklists - in the Resources pull down, select Documents, then expand Audit Criteria, then expand Heat Treating (AC7102).

I understand from one of the clients I call on for AS9100 that is also NADCAP that you can fid the checklists on the NADCAP web site. I have not tried to find them myself, but it is worth going there to check it out.

PRI is the certification body that handles NADCAP. They are the only one. PRI has two divisions, one that is like most all other certification bodies and one that only handles NADCAP. Make sure you find the right one.

It's not that they have two divisions - they just offer more than only Nadcap now. (Nadcap is no longer all caps - PRI dropped it as an acronym when they expanded it from strictly aerospace and defense.)

PRI offers Nadcap for special processes, MedAccred for medical, PRI Registrar for AS91XX and ISO14001 and ISO45001, PRI Training, and they have other qualification stuff they do. There are links to all of them, and to eAuditNet, on the PRI website homepage.

In order for a company to hold any Nadcap accreditations, they must also be AS9100 registered, or accredited to Nadcap AC7000 for baseline requirements, in addition to the special process ACs listed in their scope.

Thank you Cari for your insight to the PRI website, as we are an accredited company with AS9100D, we are not Nadcap certified, but we do have to flow down aerospace requirements to sub suppliers to Nadcap processes. and when we do have an issue, I have to conduct investigations I don't like doing it if I don't have a clue on Nadcap.
