Looking for UK DH Document TRS 89 - Diagnostic Imaging and Radiotherapy

I'm trying to find a document with the title either "Technical Requirements for the Supply and Installation of Radiological Apparatus" or "Technical Requirements for the Supply and Installation of Equipment for Diagnostic Imaging and Radiotherapy" with a document number TRS 89.

I have tried searching the UK Department of Health and Medical Devices Agency websites as well as Google and Global Engineering documents etc.

I'm hoping someone in this forum from the UK is familiar with the document and can direct me to the source. Thanks in advance.

It is cited as a requirement in a sales contract. I know I should just ask the customer for a copy.
