It's unlikely a) that we have many contributors who have this and b) that their process map will be close to what you need!

I think that's why there's been no reponse.

IMHO, you're better off mapping your own Call Center process than trying to 'see' what someone else might have done and make sense of that!

There is a difference between a value stream map and process flow map. If it is truly a value stream map you are looking for, I recommend the book "Learning to See" [I think], by Mike Rother. It will guide you step-by-step in developing a value stream map. It can be used by any organization [service, retail, or manufacturing]
