Regarding Internal Audit and MRM It should be conducted as per frequency mentioned in QMS and preferably at least one before certification audit.

The company has to have had at least 1, and preferably 2, management reviews prior to the registration audit. If you do not have at least 2 management reviews, the question comes into play as to whether the system 'works'.

The company has to go through at least 1 complete round of internal audits prior to the registration audit.
