How do/would you address the ISO 9001 requirement which states that one of the management review inputs shall include information on process performance and product conformity (particularly the process performance element)?
* Review general performance of the organisation against objectives/KPIs within the area under review (whether that be an in-depth review or cross-referencing to other info sources)?
* Tailor that to more specific 'quality' related metrics (as I've seen suggested elsewhere, though I don't particularly favour this approach)?
* Something else?
