Summaries of reviews they have conducted of their departments, which might include review of performance metrics, previous audit results, etc., and decisions on needs/opportunities for quality improvement.

Can anyone give me some examples of what would be "Reports from managers and supervisors" For Management Review? Thanks!!!
What their process performance has been since the last reporting period, including what the goals/objectives are. If the process's performance is below the expected value(s) details of the (corrective) actions taken and the current status (measurable effects). If the performance has been at or above the expected values, then a report on what areas of improvement have been identified to be worked on, or what's being accomplished.

Depending on who is responsible for the audit program, it may be better to have them report on the internal audits, as a validation of the managers' reports.

Andy, in my case, the Management Rep is resposible for our audit program. When I conduct Management Review with the business unit where I am the Quality Manager, the Management Rep is not invited. I will then summarize the meeting outcome and give it to the Management Rep for our Executive Management Review.

So, in my case, I think I should be the one presenting the results of audits right? Not the department managers?
What is my role in reporting them? Discuss how many audit findings and status of corrective action right? If CA is not taken care of by the process owner, I will discuss with them the reasons why and assign and agree on a new due date for corrections? Please let me know if I am in the right direction.

I'd agree with you. If you are responsible for the audits, under those circumstances, then yes. An attempt should be made to be the 'independent' validation of the process performance. Don't go through the individual audit reports, but a summary of what they mean. Was the process being followed, or not, was the performance affected by that.

you need the responsible dept provide information/records as following:
1.reaching dept objectives status
2.previous improvement records for non-conformities during audit
3.needing resources, including man/machine/material etc
4.operating their dept status
