Dear forum members:
Someone knows of the existence of a standard or any regulation that establishes in general the maximum acceptable uncertainty of measurement equipment in relation to tolerance (Tolerance - uncertainty ratio TUR)?
Actualy there are particular standards for specific calibrations that establish acceptance criteria for this relationship (eg. OIML R76 calibration of scales), but in the absence of such standards, is there any general regulatory guideline in this regard?
