Interesting addition. What's the function? Can you get a mating part to check for form, fit, function? What function does the offset play?
With an optical comparator, it would seem simple, but expensive, to create a special reticle to fit over the lens or the screen, duplicating the engineering drawing for comparison of the offset to the piece part. Do you have an optical comparator or a neighbor with one you can use?
What equipment are you turning this part on? What's the material?
I'm curious as to how you set up to assure the 0.250 hole is through the thinnest wall.
What is your current production setup?
Do you turn a bar to OD, cutoff one-inch pieces, reclamp and bore the offset, then drill the 1/4 inch hole while still clamped?
There are some CNC machines that will drop this piece complete from a solid bar without further setup (including the cross hole.)

Designers and engineers never consider how much time and effort go into making a setup for production and inspection on a part that takes only minutes to produce once the machine starts.
