Media Circus

Channel surfing while keeping indoors today. Anyone else see the media circus going on with the Michael Jackson arraignment? Decoy limo's, street vendors. Comments on the actual case probably won't fit our guidelines.

Hundreds of people..reporters "he's out of the car, wearing sunglasses and a conservative suit.We can see him now....He's shaking hands with fans as he enters the courthouse....yada yada yada..." Good grief

(Hope this is appropriate to our standards, sheriff. If not, I'm sure you'll take care of it.

My comment on this media is just that the media tries to sell the news instead of reporting it. It is a joke! Not a single channel you can turn to anymore reports important things. They are all competing for the $$$$$.

I "Ditto" that Tom. These people are like a feeding frenzy, trying to manufacture news
Who's paying them the big buck anyhow? Must be the root cause.

CNN and its clones live for days like this. Without knowing all of the facts it seems pretty obvious that Mr. Jackson is not all there mentally. However, why is nobody focusing on the parents of the childrens' role in all of this? I mean what kind of parent lets young children go and stay with a single adult male unsupervised?

Some reports have shown that the father says that the mother has put the son up to this for the $$$$. The State actually looked into this for 2 years and found nothing, then the mother sent her son to a therapist then a lawyer and all of a sudden the charges are filed.

I look at it like this:

If he did it then he can rot in ****!

If he didn't do it then it confirms how we (the general public) eat this stuff up and make people guilty until proven innocent.
