I am trying to write a procedure for advisory notices and I am unable to find some examples for reference. Can anyone help. I have looked in previous forums and I am unable to find anything. Some links are unable to open.

You shouldn't need to. Your client, the company responsible for the device in terms of complaint handling, etc. would. However, you should have in your procedures something to the effect of if you do find something (whether it be on another product or as a result of internal investigations / analysis, etc.) that would impact your client's product quality, you will notify them and work with them to determine the impact (e.g., how many lots were affected, etc.).
