Method of Disposition on Damaged Inspection,Measuring Test Equipment

We have lots of damaged and unusable Inpection Equipment in our company. In connection to this, we tried to segregate some parts which we think can still be used (like the batteries and the cover). Our concern here are the metals and circuit board. how can we disposed them, are there proper ways to disposed this parts.. We are also on the process of getting certified for ISO 14001 and this disposition has a connection with the environment. ANybody who can help me?
