You can download a copy from this site.. https://stinet.dtic.mil
I have tried several times to find MIL STANDARD 120 at the suggested site, but found the site complicated to navigate. Personally I prefer to get Military Standards from the ASSIST database. It is the official repository of Military Standards. As of the date of this post, the document is available there.

Just to make things easy, this is a link to a PDF copy of MIL STANDARD 120, dated 12 December 1950 including Change Notice #1 dated 9 September 1963.

As a final note, on 15 May 1996 the MIL STANDARD 120 was canceled without replacement. This link is for a PDF copy of the Cancellation Notice.

I hope that you find this information helpful.:)

Mil-Std-120 is also right here on the site. See the Military Standards directory.
Why isn't the Cancellation Notice also posted? It would be nice to have complete and up-to-date information posted. It is only one page long and could be added as the first page to the same PDF file.
