Anyone have any info on (MMOG) Materials Management Operating Guideline? It is a supplier self assessment tool and supposedly may be used for C/I. Thanks in advance for the info.

MMOG is a Ford logistics self assessment. It replaced the old MMSA and can be found on their web.

It is a Ford customer specific requirement. If you supply Ford, you should contact your STA for details.

The latest version of MMOG was published this month. I just purchased a copy for $68. It looks to have a lot of new evaluation tools, graphs ect. included in this version. Here is a link to the exact page i purchased it from -

Can anyone help me to set the KPI and target on the following objectives and please suggest how to monitor these objectives.
a) High-Gain/ Loss items b) Production counts c) Dock-to-Dock Time d) Inbound and Outbound Freight e) Forecasting f) Container management Return Ratios (These are the requirements for Ford Q1 supplier)
