Modify MDSAP cert for COVID assays in Canada

Hello - we received a notification from HC that we must amend our MDSAP certificate in order to continue selling COVID assays in Canada. (There were a number of options but we already have a cert so this is our path.) Our certificate already says that we produce infectious disease assays so we believe we are covered, however I wanted to see if anyone else thinks otherwise. (It seems like it'd be strange to call out COVID assays on a certificate!)
