MRM and Multi-Site Centralized Certificate

Hello All,

I work at a company with over 30 facilities' ISO9001 system managed within a centralized certificate at Corporate. Each site is responsible for their own internal audits and management reviews, but overarching process and QMS guidance comes from corporate out to all sites. My company is hoping to expand our central certificate to over 80 sites in the upcoming 3 years and I'm looking at ways to create more efficiency and unity with all facilities globally.
Part of this initiative, does include the Management Review Meeting. Currently, all sites are required to perform one, each business and region performs one and the Corporate team performs a final MRM.
For anyone out there managing a central certificate - is this the process that you currently use for your MRM? Do you have a best practice that you'd be able to share with me?

Thank you very much in advance, I appreciate your comments.

We have a centralized certificate for our North American facilities but do not include facilities from other regions as at some point it gets too big to manage and the risk does not warrant it. We have an MOR (Management Operating Rhythm) for our facilities and corporate levels that occurs at monthly/quarterly frequencies that make up the bulk of the management review with one annual review that covers the remaining required topics at each level.
