MSA for attribute relation gage

Need standard for relation gauge MSA, which has not found specific for relation gauge in 4th edition of MSA, We have facing difficulty to make samples.

Relation gage can be considered as an attribute measurement system for conducting MSA studies. TBMK, there are no gage specific standards available for MSA studies.

For what purpose you are making the samples? And which problems you are facing?

I agree. A relation gage is a Go/No Go type gage, and would fall into the Attribute MSA category.

As per MSA manual need to create samples to conduct MSA, 25% of the parts at or close to the lower specification limit and 25% of the parts at or close to the upper specification limit, which has getting difficulty for lower tolerances i. e. Tolerance 0.05, 0.08 mm
