MSA gage R&R (GR&R) for Destructive Test (Non-Replicable Data)

We are using Dage PC2400-T tester for wire pull, die and ball shear. In one of our process (Semiconductor Manufacturing) i.e Wire Bonding , we do the wire pull test with DAGE Tester. We have one leadframe (strip) with 50 parts and each part has two bond which is tested individually for wire pull strength. We are producing 500,000 parts (1000 Strips) per day.

One of our customers is asking us to give the GR&R report of Dage Tester to them. But as Dage is used for destructive tests and we do not know how to do the GR&R for Dage tester means where the test is of destructive nature.

We need support on how to perform GR&R on Dage tester (Part used once is destroyed). (I hope i am able to put the required info:cool:)
