MSA GR&R Minitab %Process

Hi there I would like to ask if anyone knows how to calculate the %Process column in Minitab. This column appears when we key in the historical standard deviation. In the column it just gives SV/Proc, but what is Proc? Can give me an example of the worked out calculations? Thanks.

Process is the historical process standard deviation. It may come from a capability study or calculated from a control chart.

It provides a much better estimate of the R&R than %SV.

OK now I understand that. In the example given by Minitab, the equation for %Process is given as SV/Proc which means StudyVar/Proc. And Proc is actually 6 x Historical standard deviation (not just historical standard deviation) That is why I was confused.
