need your help... I have a supplier conducting Flammability test for our products. The lab has their equipment calibrated by an authorized company (A2LA). However, I requested an MSA study and they told me that the only evidence is the calibration reports of the tester.
Different people operates the tester, calibration is done on annual basis. Is it fair that I'm asking for an MSA study such as GR&R (Nested)? or just the calibration records are enough?
thank you in advance for your comments.
