MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis) Internal Audit checklist vs. TS 16949

Hi,
I am quite new on this forum. I would like to have support for a check list to used in ISO TS internal audit about MSA in a semiconductor environment.
What are the most common findings that could be usually arisen?

My first question would be are the auditors who are going to do the audit knowledgable in measurement system analysis? I've never personally used a check list for auditing MSA so I'm not quite sure what you're looking for.

thanks for your attention.
Internal auditors have a proficiency in knowledge of MSA, but I asked for a common set of open questions that could be a topic for an internal audit in semicon fab, in the sector of metrology on production material.
For example, which has been the criteria to implement gauge R& R on area metrologyy equipment?
How many times do you have repeated the measuments in the last two years ( this to check the eventual obsolescence of the data).
And so on
Hope to have support to share experience with collegues with major experience in the Cove.

I don't think it's fair to state which types of issues arise more than others in MSA for semiconductors.

I think the MSA Manual can be helpful when designing an audit checklist, which I make based on what the process document says and the records I review. The MSA Manual Suggested Elements for a Measurement System Development Checklist - pages 36-38 in 3rd Edition - are helpful as a guide.
