Hey, everyone!
Sorry if this question was already asked.
How others perform MSA studies for heat treatment equipment.
We have hardness testers. With those I have issue that if You measure in same place after someone already measured there, You will have different result.
If You measure as close as possible, You will still have different result.
If we use standard template and formula, then GR&R is quite high. Above 50%.
What we did is that we introduced control limits (smaller tolerance) for HT, but what are other options or ways to perform this test/verification/actions on high GR&R?
One option that I saw in this forum is doing cross measurements from our equipment to other. This is possibility, but seems less robust.
Looking forward to some help!
Best regards,
Ray
