I was dropped a large data set for parts that were measured with CMM and asked to do Gage R&R's for them. Unfortunately the parts are essentially identical. Is there a strategy I can use to justify the system given the data at hand? Total measured part variance in the data below is .0004".
The total Gage R&R is only using 18% or tolerance.
