Hi All,
Looking for some advise on how should i conduct the GRR study for automated tester that to me is complicated.
We have a fleet of automated testers, which are same type/model doing the same function. 1 tester by itself have many sockets point, which each sockets point measure 1 product.
Understand that for automated testers, the appraiser is not human operators.
My question:
1) How should i choose appraiser for GRR? I am split with the choice of doing it for sockets or testers/equipments.
If i do if for socket to socket on the same tester, i might not cover tester to tester variability.
2) will there be some studies around that we can use ANOVA method to put down all the variation factors? like
1) part variation
2) measurement variation
3) socket variation
4) testers variation
If you guys have done it before, possible to show an example?
