I'm having a question regarding VDA 6.3 - process audit. When I take P1 - as potencial analyse and P2-P7 as process audit.
P1 - is widely use to determine the "quality" compliance to customer requirements for new potencial suppliers (contenders). Suppliers which are not assign to new projects?
Because other OEM's are conducting VDA 6.3 (ussually P5-P7) for certain projects. And my question is if I can conduct process audit to similar project or there must be potencial analyze - which make more sense for me....
