does any one has MBTI phycometric test and the key of the test. I am in the middle of a project to establish classification for the teams that are workin in the quality improvement activities in my company.

I don't have a lot of faith in this kind of test, but your internet search will be helped if you Google
"Meyer Briggs Type Indicator" which is the correct spelling.

ISO Man,

Kersey Bates wrote a book, do not have it here at work, that has a 20 Question Version of the Meyers-Briggs Personality Inventory.

I am pretty much a believer in Myers-Briggs and it makes a good conversation tool. However, I must point out that there is a certification process to go through to be a facilitator of Myers-Briggs. No, I am not one, but I know a few and respect them enough to point this out. The take on your own tests can do major disservices if not debriefed properly.
