We need to test RM as per ISO 5834-2 , at clause 8.2 ..Density.. it states that it should be tested by Method A specified in ISO 1183-1 .
The testing labs claim that ISO 1183-1 is not in their ISO17025 scope and they will test as per ASTM D 792 or D1505 which is in their ISO 17025 scope and issue a certificate as per ISO 17025 / NABL . Would this be ok.
Similarly for testing if certain tests are conducted by procedures which are not mentioned in the relevant standards BUT in scope of Labs ISO 17025 would it be OK .
