NADCAP approval for Conventional Machining and Chemical processes - need assistance

Checklists are found in eauditnet (Nadcap's website). You would have to register first before being able to access the site.

There are different commodities in Nadcap. The processes you listed fall under three different commodities. The checklists would be found under each commodity (i.e., conventional machining, chemical processing).

AC7004, for quality systems is mandatory if your organization is only ISO9001 and not AS9100/9110, ISO17025, etc., as stated above by Cari.
I managed to communicate with NADCAP and they were actually pretty helpfull. Regarding AC7004 you are correct (even though you can get your hands on it only if you schedule an audit) but for AC7112 you must have AS9100 as they stated.
