It was pretty sweet last night, and the Lakers should be worried. But I also worry because the Lakers can be so explosive. But I still go with the Pistons, the next game will .....................................

As a transplanted Michigander (St. Claire Shores) I am just in my glory on this side of the pond. I "grew up" in Tiger Stadium and Joe Louis Arena. The Lakers were pretty oppotunistic (lucky? - although how do you leave Kobe that free?) to even get away with a win in Game 2!!!!
I'll go with the Pistons - but I'm afraid they may have to take one more in the Spectrum. They sure look confident and loose (Now if the Tigers would just start playing a bit "stronger".....

The Lakers have nothing left. They are already making excuses and saying it is them not Detroit that is causing them to choke.
Detroit plays the game the way it was meant to be played. Defense wins. If detroit can come out with the same intensity, then Pistons in 5. No return trip to LA. The Lakers are cooked. No heart and no desire. You would think with two old guys that want to win so bad they would show up - injury or not. Payton is showing his age and I have always hated Karl Malone.

NBA Finals...blah
The finals are kind of boring - defense is only good to watch in football. I haven't watched one game because
1) The lakers are a bunch of spoiled brats
2) I hate any team in Detroit (Leafs, Blue Jays, & Raptor fan forever!!)
But whatever...pistons in 6...but not like I care that much..zzzzz

. Good rivalries altogether, my favorite and the only one that matters is the Leafs and Wings.
Bye the way, didn't Toronto have Isiah Thomas as their GM for awhile!!! He did as much good in Toronto as he has had with his other team. All in good fun pal!

Although I would like to see the pistons win, I think maybe the lakers will pull it off. If they win the tuesday night game then it's a "done Deal". IMHO
