NCR Performance KPI Monitoring in an Industry like Construction

Appreciate if anyone can share on NCR KPI target monitoring from respective industry. Noted on high volume manufacturing that is KPI is measure on the unit of defect parts per million so that it can be measure apple to apple from site A to others site.

How about others industry like construction? what are the unit we used for comparison of performance between Site A to site B? each site might have different scope of work and headcount?
