Hi everyone, this is my first post:
Can anyone help me to interpret the following:
Spec: 6.887 - 6.913 mm (diameter)
Eq: Air Gauge
Eq. Resolution: .0005mm
GRR = 14%
ndc= 0
How can a process like this and its measuring system can be interpreted if GRR is between 10-30% that means the system variation is much lower than the part to part variation and could be approved, BUT ndc=1.41(PV/GRR) = 0 ??? which implicates the system variation is higher than the part to part variation?
PV=.00039
GRR=.00062
I´m confused, file is attached
Best regards and thanks everyone
