Need help with Flowcharting the PPAP Process

I have been voluntold that it is my task to come up with the COMPLETE flowchart for the PPAP process.

I thought this would be an easy task; refer to AIAG current edition manual and customer-specifics, and that would suffice.

BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry, wrong answer.

More detail (MUCH more detail) has been requested.

If anyone has developed a flowchart for the process, and is willing to share it, I'd be eternally grateful. I can support Visio, Excel, Word and Autocad formats.

Thanks again

You can do a search of the Cove, or try the advanced search feature on google. Use the following extensions to find files in common formats:

.sdr = smartdraw format
.vsd = visio format
.ppt = powerpoint

Thanks Patricia, that was an EXCELLENT guide, and just what I needed to get me kicked off.

The whole set of charts must be an AWESOME sight.....and obviously involved a lot of work.

Thanks again

Possibly an Example to help when the Kick Wears Off

I do not know why I am sending you a flow to an old QS effort, but just in case the excellent example by Patricia wears off after the Kick-Off.

Thanks to you as well Douglas......I took some of the ideas/concepts that you had in yours, and blended it all together....and the result looks pretty good.

Thanks again to both of you

Ok, I have combined the two flowcharts that I received, and came up with the attached file (draft copy).

If anyone would like to use it, distribute it, paper their walls with it, please feel free to do so :-)

Again, thanks to those who assisted me in this. Flowcharting is NOT my strong point :-)
