If anyone has an internal audit they have run I would to get a look at their form or template, just to get an idea how to design one for my standards.

There are a lot of Audit templates / examples here. There are more if you do a couple of Searches and check the Attachments Listing.

Asking in this thread your request will probably get lost because it's an Introductions thread.

Hello everyone, thanks for the warm welcome to the newcomers here. Actually im already looking at this web site a few years back and reading the threads. I have just decided lately to register,

1. Rey Macaro
2. Im working as full time QMR, and of course doing these usual things we used to do.
3. currently i am in the oil & gas industry but prior to this i worked 5 yrs in automotive seat assembly / manufacturing.
4. current location Saudi Arabia (1 yr), previously in Philippines
5. about 8 yrs
6. just know how to deal in balance with people as well as the top mgt ( make everybody happy)
7. the 1994 version approach which still being adopted by others.
8. i dont want to change anything, we might all end up jobless. ;-). my principle is "if everybody knows what we are doing we might not be needed here".

Greetings to ALL,
My name is Gary and I am new to the site. Came across it doing a google search on filling out a PSW for PPAP submissions and decided to join.
Spent the last 30 years working for a Stainless Steel Service Center located in the Chicago Area in various capacities from a production operator, inside sales, production supervisior and now transitioning into the quality managers position. Company I work for is ISO certified to the 9001:2008 standard.
Lots to learn in new position, Hopefully this site can help with what are sure to be many questions.

7. Your pet peeve in quality (pet peeve is a minor annoyance that can instill a great level of frustration) Sometimes it is a "thankless job" and quite a bit of "shooting the messenger". Many people thank that quality only originates and stays within the Quality Department.
8. If you could change the world of quality, what would you do? I would integrate the "quality" word in every job description, in the workplace! Everyone is responsible for quality in what they do, as well as safety.

Hi,

My name is Alastair, and as could maybe be guessed I come from Scotland.
25 years in Quality, after 10 in production, mostly in Aerospace and Defence but some marine and automotive and the last 2 years in oil & gas.
Have came across this forum before, but found it really helpful today so decided to join, to hopefully pass on some experiece.
After 16 years with BAe Systems have spent the last 10 years as a freelance contractor / consultant, working where the jobs are.
Things that peeve me (thats an an old Scottish expression) are useless politicians who have never worked at an honest job, in their lives. Lawyers total liers or hopefull politicians, bankers - crooks (current UK lending rate 0.5% bank loans 9 - 10%, credit cards 15 - 30% +.
OK better stop now.
