6. Something personal that sets you apart ~ I'm an avid Bookworm...collecting & reading. My collection is above 3000 books & I can read a 500 page book in less than 2 hours. (dork...yes you can say it!)
7. Your pet peeve in quality (pet peeve is a minor annoyance that can instill a great level of frustration) ~ People who don't understand Quality cannot be "inspected" into the final product; that it must be "built" into the product.
8. If you could change the world of quality, what would you do? ~ Raise awareness that "quality" isn't just a job for paper-pushers; good quality requires continual effort from each individual in the company.

My name is Pongsakorn Sriphum from Thailand.I'm 33 years old.
First of all Iwould like to apologise if my english may cause you confuse. I'm not good in english grammar.

I worked as a Quality engineer for 8 years in 4 companies.
Samsung for 3 years, Celestica (thailand) for 1 year , Fabrinet Co.,Ltd, for almost 4 years and I am working at the Team Precision which businees is the Electronic manufacturing services.

I am glad to be a part of this community. I hope I can help someone by sharing me a little working experience.

5. Length of time in quality function - 25 years
6. Something personal that sets you apart - krav maga, guitar, good steak with good wine
7. Your pet peeve in quality (pet peeve is a minor annoyance that can instill a great level of frustration) - about 70% QMS requirements, as well as product's safety and performance regulations are just a pseudo-scientific writings of potential retirees, but we must fulfill these requirements.
8. If you could change the world of quality, what would you do? No chance of changing anything.
