I have an idea to relieve all of the pedantic bickering over the meaninless distinctions between "continuous" and "continual" improvement. Such discussions only waste time because everyone knows, or should know, what the intent is.
I say we should coin a new word that eliminates the confusion: continualous, which would be defined referring to any recurring phenomenon, regardless of the rate of recurrence.
