Did you keep your goals and resolutions in 2009? The month of December has always been a good time to reflect on our personal and business's progress over the past 2009. Can you assess both the progress and failures? What is it going to be this 2010? Please post them here and come up with a plan. We will evaluate the progress at the end of the year? This is just for fun but you can take this seriously.

Didn't achieve anywhere near as many of them as I'd have liked to, hence a complete rethink for 2010. Basically, spend less time watching tv and mindlessly surfing the internet of an evening (takes about 15-20 minutes to visit the sites I really want to on a daily basis so why do I end up on the laptop for around 2-3 hours per night?) and more time doing the things I really want to do (learn new material (on the guitar and keyboard) for the band, read more and finally do some serious writing).

Oh - and to finally shed the 4 stone I've needed to lose for a few years now (was going well with the jogging earlier this year until the removal of a heavily-infected appendix put paid to that in the summer)... :mad:

Yup - stopped drinking as much, concentrated on my work more and completed another 2 modules in the CQI diploma course.

Happy days - time to make next years resolutions more demanding!
