Ultimately, certification will be lost (not loose or loosened
if the organisation does not comply to all mandatory requirements.
It may take a while, but it will occur.
The CB will go through its own structured process - raising NC, requiring action, etc etc, before this happens. If doesn't happen immediately after any NC.
But if the company continues to ignore a mandatory requirement, doesn't take the action required by a formal NC and continues not to do so, then it will ultimately lose its certificate.
After all, that's what the CB is supposed to be doing when it issues them with the certificate and audits them to check that they are continuing to meet all requirements.
