Thanks - this states the following -
"non-EASA aircraft means an aircraft which is not required by virtue of the Basic EASA Regulation and any implementing rules adopted by the Commission in accordance with that Regulation to hold an EASA certificate of airworthiness, an EASA restricted certificate of airworthiness or an EASA permit to fly"
What does this mean though, when aircraft is manufactured in a non-European country (e.g. Brazil/China), but the type certificate holder is based in Europe (e.g. Germany). Will the parts that are manufactured in the UK, still be able to released under our current EASA Part 21G approval, or will the aircraft being manufactured in the non-European country be classified as "Non-EASA" and therefore we will have to put new procedures into place
