Nonconformance ID tags - Seeking universal non-conforming Red Tag - Approx. 4" x 6"

Hello to all,

Thanks in advance for your help. I am new to this forum and don't know if this is OK to ask or not. If not, please email me directly.

My goal is one non-conforming red tag for all parts so we don't have to inventory two different non conforming tags (i.e., one with a wire and one with a self adhesive strip).

Therefore, I am looking for a source of a universal non-conforming red tag (approximately 4x6 inches) which can either be tied to the nonconforming part or adhered to the part (removable). The self adhesive characteristic seems troublesome to my supplier/printer. Does anybody know of a source for such tags? My Purchasing Dept. recommended an outside printer who wants me to use stickers. I don't want stickers. I want a tag made from 65# stock paper (like a index card) with an eyelet, a wire AND a self-adhesive strip on the back.

Try www.qlabels.com or www.ualco.com or www.seton.com for quality-related labels. They might have what you want.

Try Allen-Bailey https://www.abtl.com/. I used them awhile back. They used to do anything you wanted.
