This announcement may interest a lot of folks and usually would not go here.....but it directly affects accredited labs and so that is why it is here......

But will RABQSA scheme be accepted by International laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) or The Asia Pacific laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (APLAC). Will they (RABQSA) become a signature on a Mutual Recognition Arrangement with one or both of these internationally recognized accreditation organizations or will they be going it alone?

Since it is a personnel certification, it is uncertain whether ILAC/APLAC will offically endorse it.....at least unless NATA/IANZ/HKAS or similar also pick it up and wave the certification banner.......
